Using the YourDreamDressForLess Website couldn't be easier.

We've given you a few different ways of finding your dream dress including the facility to have a second (and third...) opinion at this important time in your life.

After that we use tried and tested methods of online ordering and secure payment processing to give you the peace of mind to know that your details are being protected and encrypted to the highest levels. There is also an online order tracking system so that you will always know the status of your order.

Find my dream dress

Follow the simple step by step instructions to find your dream dress (for less).
You can search through our product range by narrowing your criteria by 1 or more of the following:

• Size
• Style
• Colour
• Train Style
• Sleeve Style
• Price

My Dream

We realise that buying a wedding dress is a timely process that requires much thought and deliberation.
This is after all the most important piece of clothing you will ever buy.
For this reason the YourDreamDressForLess website has been built in a way to allow you to return to the site and continue from where you left off. On the My dream page, you can return to and modify your search criteria and other details from a previous visit.

My Shortlist

Your shortlist is your area of the website where you can compare different dresses that fit your requirements.
Add dresses that interest you to your shortlist as you are looking through the site and then come back here before deciding which dress you would like to purchase. Once you have decided, you will be able to add the dress directly from your shortlist into your shopping bag. Shortlists can also be emailed to friends the same way as individual dresses so that you can get other people's opinions of what would suit you best.

It is fine to use the shortlist facility as a one time function just for this session on the site and all of your settings will be reset for the next time you visit. However to make full use of the service, we recommend that you register with us. You can then login before making a shortlist and as a result it will be remembered for future visits. Each time you come back to visit us, you will be able to recall and ammend your previously created shortlist. One thing to note is that putting an item in your shortlist does not prevent anybody else from putting the same item into their shortlist or indeed from purchasing it. Remember, we are selling individual designer items, they wont be around forever. So please do use the shorlist facility to get some help from your friends and family, but don't dream for too long!

My shopping bag

Your Shopping bag is for items that you wish to purchase.
To put something in your Shopping bag, you must first have located the dress you wish to purchase using the previous stages. When you find your dream dress, press the button labelled "Put in bag". Once your bag contains all of the items that you wish to purchase, you must return to your bag and then proceed to the checkout.

Checkout

This is the stage where you will order and purchase the items that you have selected.
You will need a credit or switch card to pay for your dress and an address to deliver the goods to.
If you wish, it is possible to have the invoice sent to a different address from the dress itself. After all, it wont always be the same person who will be wearing the dress as paying for it!
